Announcements - Spring Party - 2011
Last year's success of our annual Wolf Ridge Ski Patrol picnic at the Wolf Ridge pool facility brings us back to the patio at the top of the mountain. The cookout will be held from noon to 6 PM, at which point we have to be off the patio for other scheduled groups. We have full access to the pool again this year for $3 per swimmer. Drinks and grill fare will be provided by the patrol. Bring your swimsuit and favorite dish to pass! This is an "alcohol free" venue. Bring the entire family!
In addition to the cookout and swimming, we had lawn games like Wodecki's "Screaming Chicken" corn-hole slingshot game. Kids and adults alike had a blast. Check out the photos to see some of the fun from last year.
Please RSVP by May, 30 (memorial day)!
If you are unable to attend, please email your proxy vote so you will be counted. As of yet, the only candidate for assistant patrol director is Bill Brazil.
Now that Randi has been released from her duties as Patrol Rep., she is revisiting the North Carolina NSP specialty license plate project. If you are new or just haven't signed the petition yet, WE NEED YOU! Please email your name, address, email address and number of vehicles you will be ordering a plate for, and she will put you on the list. In order to submit the plate to the state in Raleigh, we must have 300 signatures. So far, we've already collected 290! Once through legislation, we must sell 300 plates before they will print. We need everyone in NC to participate!

Enjoy the sun! After a lot of snow/rain the past few days, it finally made it up to the low 50s here today. That's the first time this year! Enjoy the warm weather for me!
