Football Mom
Hey guys, I just want to thank you again for taking good care of my son [...] on Friday night March 25th. The hospital in Asheville did confirm him having a broken collar bone. Knowing the amount of pain [he] was feeling, I'm very appreciative of you both being attentive and keeping him as comfortable as possible until the ambulance arrived. We will hope and pray for an accident free weekend when we visit next year!! By the way, [my son] is still joking about your crazy outfits! Glad y'all know how to have fun and still take your job seriously.
Thanks again,
Football Mom

Tom
Hi! I just wanted to follow up and say thanks for splinting up my wrist last Thursday (2/10). I got it X-rayed on Friday and there is a hairline fracture at the end of the radius. Right now I am just wearing a brace but may opt for a cast for protection on an upcoming backpacking trip.
Looks like I'm done skiing for the season, though!

Christmas Vacation - 2010
Hello Forrest and all the staff at Wolf Ridge Ski Patrol,
Thank you for taking care of my daughter when she fell on the hill at Wolf Ridge. After we returned home to Miami, we had X-rays of her arm. She had fractured her [humurus]! After wearing an arm brace for a few weeks, she healed completely. She is feeling fine now. She even advanced one level in her cello class. Maybe we will stick to the beach rather than the ski hills for a while.
Thanks again.
Hope you are enjoying the snowy conditions.
All the best,
Mom:)

Kelly Rushig
Shaun & Isaac,
Thank you both for all your help on Thurs. 1/13/11 when I fell. I had to go to the doctors and I tore one of my tendons in my left knee. I'm in a knee brace for 6 wks so my skiing is done for the season. I hope to be back up there next year for some more skiing. Thanks again.

Grateful Parent
You helped bring my daughter [...] down from the summit after she torqued her knee in a snowboard fall yesterday. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for making a difficult situation into a very positive one.
[She] was obviously in a great deal of pain and your Ski Patrol Team jumped right in, kept her calm, and more importantly kept the situation very light hearted, thank you for that! I wish Blakely wasn’t in so much pain because the ride down the mountain looked fun from my perspective. Seriously though, the Ski Patrol was extremely professional, they worked as a well oiled machine starting when Adrian Parrott first called it in to getting her safely off the mountain, to taking her modesty into consideration back in the Ski Patrol building.
I hope we never need your services again, but if we do I know my family will be in good hands!
